Raw Material Charging & Metal Melting
- Our journey begins with precision charging, thanks to our skip charging system – ensuring safe and efficient metal loading.
- The heart of our foundry beats with dual track 2500 kW Inductotherm-made, induction furnaces (2T each) – capable of producing clean, homogeneous metal.
- With a 32-channel spectrometer made by BRUKER – Germany and 75 Inch spectro display Unit, every batch is chemically verified in real-time.
- Microstructure integrity? Guaranteed. We use fully automated image analyzers with high resolution optical camera for micro inspection of product in detail.
Sand Reclamation & Core Making
- We believe in sustainability and quality. That’s why we run a 30-ton fully automatic sand reclamation system with built-in classifiers and cooling towers.
- 250-ton sand silos ensure uninterrupted supply to the production floor.
- For core making, we rely on our 6-ton single-arm continuous mixer, optimized for uniform consistency.
- Our 30-ton double-arm continuous sand mixer handles moulding sand with unmatched precision.
Moulding & Core Assembly
- The magic begins on our 10-station fast loop moulding line – where speed meets strength.
- We use flask and flask-less moulding systems, customized to suit complex geometries and casting sizes.
- To enhance surface quality and casting consistency, we offer Flood Quoting Facilities for moulds – ensuring every detail is sealed with care before the pour.
- Our core setting and flood coating stations ensure dimensional integrity and smooth casting surfaces.
Pouring Perfection
- With our 70-station fully auto operated pallet pouring line, we achieve accurate metal flow and temperature-controlled pouring.
- The chemistry and temperature are monitored right before every pour – giving our clients castings that are as strong as they are precise.
Cooling, Knock-Out & Cleaning
- Post-pouring, components undergo controlled cooling to eliminate thermal stress.
- Our knock-out system ensures quick de-moulding without compromising surface quality.
- Castings are refined in our fettling area, equipped with:
- Swing frame grinders
- Pedestal grinders
- Flexible grinders
- Pneumatic Pencil Grinders
Shot Blasting Facilities
Final cleaning and surface preparation using 2 Hanger Type Machines:
- Small Machine – For castings up to 300 Kgs
- Large Machine – For castings up to 5 Tons
Testing, Inspection & Quality Assurance
- We test not just for compliance, but for excellence.
- Universal Testing Machine with extensometer for tensile Strength, Yield Strength, and elongation accuracy.
- Portable & stationary hardness testers guarantee casting rigidness up to 2.5 tons.
